Refund Policy

Full Audit ($49, or $29 founding price)

• Delivered instantly, non-refundable once delivered. The Audit is a digital report generated for your store and delivered as soon as it is ready. You confirm this with a tick box before checkout. Once it has been delivered, it can't be refunded.
• Full refund if it fails. If your Audit fails to deliver, or a technical error on our side leaves it broken or incomplete, we refund you in full (or finish it at no cost if you prefer).

Monitoring ($19 per month)

• The first 30 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
• Cancel anytime after that; Monitoring stays on until the end of the month you paid for. There are no refunds for partial months.

This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

How to ask

Email hello@asaiseesit.com from the address you bought with. Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
