Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AsAISeesIt.com (“AsAISeesIt”, “we”), operated by [Operator legal name, to be confirmed], [Operator postal address, to be confirmed]. By running a scan or buying a product you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we sell

• Free visibility score: $0. One free scan per store each week, with daily limits per email and network.
• Full Audit: $49 one time. The first 50 buyers pay a founding price of $29, offered in exchange for an honest review (good or bad; no reward depends on what you say).
• Monitoring: $19 per month after a 30-day free trial. Cancel anytime.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Payments: Creem is the merchant of record

All orders are sold and processed by Creem, our merchant of record and authorised reseller. Creem handles payment, billing, sales tax and VAT, invoices and refunds, and Creem's own terms apply to the purchase. Your bank or card statement will show Creem. We provide the reports and support.

Delivery and refunds

The Audit is digital content, generated for your store and delivered as soon as it is ready, usually within minutes. When you buy it, you ask us to start delivery straight away and you confirm that it is non-refundable once delivered. If you are in the EU or UK, this means you agree to lose your right to cancel once delivery is complete, as the law allows for digital content.

If your Audit fails to deliver, or a technical error on our side leaves it broken or incomplete, we refund you in full (or finish it at no cost if you prefer). Monitoring has no refunds for partial months. Full details are in our refund policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Monitoring subscriptions

Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel. You are not charged during the 30-day trial, and we email you before it ends. You can cancel anytime from the link in your Creem receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; Monitoring stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

How the service uses AI providers

To build your report we read your store's public pages and send questions and public store text to the official APIs of OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and Perplexity. Our privacy policy lists exactly what we send. We never send your email address or payment details to them. By running a scan you agree to us sending this data for that purpose.

Emails

We always send your report email and emails about anything you buy. Founding buyers also get one review request. Tips emails are only sent if you tick the box under the sign-up form, which starts unticked, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What the reports are and are not

Reports describe answers we received from AI assistants' APIs at a point in time. AI answers change between runs, can be wrong, and may differ from the consumer apps. Our suggested fixes are general guidance based on your public pages, not legal, tax or professional advice. Reports are information, not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations, traffic or sales. AsAISeesIt is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity or Shopify. Their names are used only to describe which assistants we check.

Acceptable use

Only scan stores you own or are allowed to assess. Don't try to get around rate limits or bot protection, scrape or overload the service, or resell reports as your own product without our written OK. We may refuse or stop service to anyone who misuses it.

Your content and ours

Your store content stays yours. You may use your report and its suggested wording freely for your own store. The site, the report design and our methods belong to us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country or state of the operator, to be confirmed], unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.
